We found the staff, with the exception on the young lady on reception, to be unhelpful, dismissive with some quite bizarre behaviour. Some examples. We had booked a sea view room months previously. At check in the young lady took our details and gave us a card with our room number on it. Another lady arrived and after a conversation in Albanian and a check of the computer explained that we had been given the wrong room. She took the card from me crossed out the room number and wrote in the new number. The room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the carpark. We returned to reception and showed a copy of our booking confirmation and after many excuses and an offer of 10% off the hotel restaurant, which we declined, we ended up with the room we had been given originally. A sea view room. In addition, one evening my wife an I were in our room reading when the electronic door lock opened and a male member of staff walked into our room. He claimed he had knocked before entering but couldn't really explain why he was there. He mentioned something about an iron, said sorry and backed out. We were puzzled and somewhat unnerved that a member of staff would enter our room uninvited and without knocking. There were other examples but I think you get the message. Even allowing for language and cultural differences the staff attitude left a lot to be desired.

Modern en zeer net hotel met fantastische kamer, prachtig zicht op zee. Fijn zwembad en goede ligging. MAAR, buiten de vriendelijke jonge dame aan de receptie werkt iedereen hier tegen zijn zin. Als zij er niet is krijg je geen antwoorden, geen stadsplannetje, geen handdoek voor het zwembad. In de kleerkast hangen 2 (twee) kleerhangers; voor een verblijf van 6 dagen met 2 personen is dit wat weinig. Nee je kan er geen bij krijgen, orders van de directie. De bartender van het hotelrestaurant is te lui om te bedienen en kijkt je liefst buiten. Het ontbijt is een vrij beperkt buffetje. De koffie is ronduit slecht. Je kan buiten zitten met zicht op zee. Dat is heel fijn! De coctails in de lounge zijn veel te duur voor wat het is, als het druk is heb je maar een half glas... We hebben ons aan zo veel dingen ge?rgerd, nee wij komen niet terug.

Restaurant is top! Perfect advice what to eat by friendly waiters. Quality is excellent! Hotel is good but rooms look old but very spacious. Bathroom is big but old. Carpet in the room. Good location... great view... great and spacious balcony

Prachtig hotel. De faciliteiten zoals zwembad en de lig bedjes allemaal top. Het restaurant was nog niet open want we waren voor het seizoen maar ook dat zag er prachtig uit. Goed ontbijt en bijzonder lief personeel! Klein ‘minpuntje’: ik vond de badkamer in de hotelkamer gedateerd.

Zoals al vele jaren een top hotel, met zeer vriendelijke familie. Nu hebben ze het verbouwd met oa lounge bar en mooi zwembad. Elke dag schoonmaak en bad handoeken bij receptie te verkrijgen. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en top locatie .

Splendida posizione ma il resto migliorabile
Ottima posizione, avevamo una bella camera vista mare. Purtroppo il servizio dell’hotel non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Siamo stati 5 giorni con aria condizionata guasta. Buona colazione a buffet servita su terrazza vista mare
