I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several things. First, there was no running water during one day of my stay ,we left a day before because of that. which is completely unacceptable considering the very high price I paid. The beach was also not great at all , definitely not what was advertised. On the positive side, the service from the staff was good.For the cost, I expected much better.

Отличный современный отель, с просторными светлыми номерами. Часть номеров имеют балконы с видом на море, а часть, находящихся на первом этаже имеют выход прямо на пляжную зону и бассейн.Персонал отеля вежлив и всегда готов придти к вам на помощь. Уборка ежедневно и такая, что все в номер потом просто блистает. Удобная кровать. В отеле имеется лаундж - бар, свой ресторан с террасой и видом на пляж и море и небольшой бар на территории пляжной зоны. Пляж - бетонная плита с лежаками и шезлонгами с видом на остров Корфу), маленьким бассейном, двумя спусками к воде а так же понтонным пирсом с которого удобно нырять. Отель расположен на определенном отдалении от шумных мест Саранды, рядом имеется несколько магазинов, огромное количество кафе и обменных пунктов.

Small boutique hotel. Lovely room. Extremely clean. Comfy sunbeds. Great food in restaurant. Could do with a variety of bread at breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Special thanks to Tony and his team. He is so helpful with recommendations and taxis. Wonderful massages with the lady from Bali. 15 minute stroll into town. Hotel is very noisy at night but this doesn’t bother us. No pool/beach towels available first day and you are unable to take them out of hotel so if you want to go to the beach ensure you bring your own We had a problem with our fridge which they say they changed but still didn’t work. Then we were told they were all like that so we were unable to use it. I also think the owners of the hotel could maybe make an effort with their guests.

Keurig hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Buiten op het terras van het restaurant met prachtig uitzicht. Handdoeken gratis voor bij het zwembad/strand. Parkeerplaats bij het hotel is erg minimaal. 6 plekjes en anders langs de straat. Maar de jonge dame van de receptie zorgt er persoonlijk voor dat je auto netjes in 1 van de parkeerhavens gezet wordt.

Hotel jaroal is a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel with hard working staff. We had a very nice stay there, but were a little surprised about Sarand? that is really crowded. The hotel itself is a nice and quiet place, but bars and hotels in the neighborhood play very loud music, which unfortunately sometimes affects the nice atmosphere in the hotel.

A small and nice hotel with very nice staff. At the reception, you will be warmly welcomed by smiling receptionists. Nice and good service in the "pool" bar, nice restaurant with good food, fantastic service by waiters (Tony and others). The lounge bar is well worth a visit both before and after dinner meals where Kristina mixes good drinks (you don't go out to eat until 9pm, after all) Welcome fans that help circulate and cool the air at the tables. The room had very good beds and was cleaned every day and new towels in place in a completely OK bathroom. In summary, a warm-hearted staff. What can be disturbing is the loud music in the city, (not from the Jaroal Hotel) High party factor from morning to night, luckily no loud music is played after midnight (00:00) unless you are at a nightclub :-)

L’h?tel est très bien et le personnel au top !
Il est bien situé dans le centre, la promenade est pas très loin à pied.
Le petit déjeuné est bon et le coin piscine/plage est sympa !
Je recommande sans hésité !

Had a lovely family lunch, with excellent service and a stunning view. Toni was a welcoming host, friendly and fun with great wine recommendations. Salads were very tasty and perfect sharers, but the stand out was the mussels, best I’ve ever had!!!

The ambience of the restaurant is really lovely, with a direct view over the sea. The service was amazing, our server was so kind and charming. We had the spicy meatballs and lamb chops, both were tasty. Would recommend for anyone looking to have a fancy/relaxed dinner in Saranda
